Feather is our brain child. We met in freshers’ week, stayed friends through to graduation, and developed a trust and one of a kind bond that encouraged us to act on our shared dream of running our own restaurant.
We designed the place ourselves; every little detail was carefully considered, and we could not be happier with the end result!
The culinary idea is poultry done right: we wanted to make a restaurant we'd want to eat at with a cocktail list, wine, and beer we actually want to drink. We cook everything fresh and putting careful consideration into sustainability. The menu is short and changes often, and we cannot wait to show Bristol what we have to offer.
